Dr. Marina Spinu is the Head of Infectious Diseases, Department of Veterinary Clinics. She has written more than 400 scientific works in her field of research. Currently her interests are focused on antimicrobial resistance, infectious diseases of animals, immunology, vegetal extracts, adjuvants for vaccines and other subjects. She was involved in 20 national grants (10 as director) and 22 international grants (19 as director). Dr. Spinu received the Paul Riegler award of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Forestry. She is a member of different national and international societies, and is a Coordinator for veterinary education for the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE).
