Dr. Muhammad Kamran Khan obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Avignon, France, after which he became an assistant professor in the Department of Food Science, Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan. He was promoted to associate professor in 2021. He has published numerous research and review articles in scientific journals. The primary focus of his research is the enhancement of technical skills and knowledge in food chemistry with a special focus on polyphenols (bioactive compounds). Dr. Khan received funding from the Higher Education Commission for a research project on fruit processing modes. He completed an Endeavor Research Fellowship at Curtin University, Perth, Australia.
