Redmond Ramin Shamshiri
Dr. Redmond R. Shamshiri received M.Sc. Dr. Eng, and Ph.D. from the University of Florida and the Universiti Putra in control system and dynamics. He is currently a research scientist at the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB) in Potsdam, Germany. He is also the founder and director of Adaptive AgroTech Consultancy Int, a network of professional experts focused on technology adaptation for food security. Dr. Shamshiri's research focus is on digital agriculture for food security, involving high-tech control methods, embedded systems, LPWAN sensors, prediction models, and robust data acquisitions for smart farming. He has widely consulted with the industry and academics. His work has appeared in over 100 publications, including peer-reviewed journal papers, book chapters, and conference proceedings.
