Candidate level of SNI-CONACyT Mexico. A biologist in Aquaculture of the Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa, Mexico. Master in Natural Resources and Environment from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (CIIDIR-Sinaloa), Mexico. Full Professor at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, Mexico. Researcher of the Sinaloa System of Researchers and Technologists (SSIT-INAPI Sinaloa). Doctorate in Marine and Coastal Sciences at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur, Mexico. Investigations in Mariculture, culture, and Ecology of Molluscs (Bivalves, Gasteropods) and Crustaceans. As Professor-Researcher within the IPN, he has participated in 45 research projects, given 12 seminars, 260 presentations at international and national conferences, 5 book chapters, 18 indexed articles. He teaches Descriptive and Multivariate Statistics at the Bachelor\'s level, and Aquaculture in Postgraduate. Director of 12 Bachelor\'s thesis and 3 Masters and 1 Doctorate from various universities.
