Dr. Salmerón is a Lecture/Researcher at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. He has skills in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Food Science. He has worked as production supervisor in the processing area for the food industry. He obtained his Doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering and Analytical Sciences at the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. He also holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Food Science. He currently works as a Lecturer for undergraduate and graduate students in Chemical Engineering and Food disciplines; and the Science Program in Food Technology. He currently belongs to the National Program Quality Postgraduate Programs (PNPC) and he is also a researcher belonging to the National System of Researchers (SNI) by the Mexican National Council for Sciences and Technology (CONACyT).
