Yajuan Zhu

Chinese Academy of Forestry

Dr. Yajuan Zhu obtained her Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University in 2002 and PhD in Ecology from Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. She was a postdoctoral fellow working on the topic of land desertification control in the Research Institute of Forestry, Chinese Academy of Forestry, followed by her appointment as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Desertification Studies, Chinese Academy of Forestry and currently she is an Associate Research Professor at the same institute. She is a Master's supervisor with interests in plant ecology in deserts, biodiversity, stable isotope ecology, isohydrology and desertification control.
