Prof. dr. Jolita Vveinhardt – a chief researcher of the Vytautas Magnus University, a professor at the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Vytautas Magnus University. Jolita Vveinhardt is the author and co-author of 3 monographs, 4 scientific studies and 5 educational books. She has published more than 100 scientific articles. She has read more than 70 papers in national and international scientific conferences. Jolita Vveinhardt is a member of editorial boards of 14 scientific periodicals. The author is a member of the International Baltic Management Development Association, Lithuanian Educational Research Association, Lithuanian Quality Management and Innovation Association, Lithuanian Neuroscience Association, Lithuanian Trauma Psychology Association, European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, Lithuanian Neuroscience Association and Federation of European Neuroscience Societies. She teaches modern theories of organizations. Main research interests: destructive relationships among employees, organizational culture, organizational climate, personal and organizational values, value congruence, corporate social responsibility, decision-making, neuromanagement.

Perceived importance of personal and organizational values congruence in the management of organizations have actualized this phenomenon in both theory and practice. Researchers continuously show positive impact of personal and organizational values congruence on employees? behavior, attitudes, organizational climate and organizational performance. Management of organizations are also seeking to apply the solutions to eliminate the gap between organizational and employees' values. However, arising scientific and practical problems requires to purify the factors that determine values congruence. This challenges for a search of complex and consistent understanding of this phenomenon: from theory to practice.
