Renowned entomologist and toxicologist, Sarita Kumar is a Professor at Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi, India. She has made an immense contribution to teaching, research and academic administration for over 30 years. Her work on insect pest and vector control includes 22 books on biological sciences, more than 75 research publications, over 85 presentations/publications at national and international conferences, 12 e-book research chapters and 15 educational e-modules. She also acts as editor/associate editor and reviewer for many journals of national and international repute. Prof. Kumar has presented her work internationally as well as at renowned organizations nationally and won accolades. She develops curriculum/educational content for several organizations and is recognized by renowned organizations as a key resource person. She has also received many prestigious Meritorious and Distinguished Teacher Awards.
