Saba Tariq
Dr. Saba is working as a professor in the Department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics, University Medical and Dental College (UMDC), Faisalabad, Pakistan. She did her graduation (with an MBBS) from The University of Health Sciences, Lahore, and post-graduation from Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore, Pakistan. Recently, she completed her Ph.D. from UHS, Lahore. Dr. Saba has an interest in teaching and research and has several published articles in national and international journals. Her research area is osteoporosis, its management, and the involvement of proteins and hormones in the development of osteoporosis. She is also involved in research related to endocrinology. Currently, Dr. Saba is teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical courses at UMDC. She has attended many national and international conferences and symposia. She has also written book chapters regarding osteoporosis and cancer chemotherapy in internationally recognized books.
