Nick Draper
Associate Professor Nick Draper is Head of School of Sport and Physical Education at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. In addition to working as a lecturer and researcher during his career, he has also worked with British Judo, and was Team Manager for Judo at the Sydney Olympic Games. He received his PhD in 1994 from the University of New Mexico and has taught exercise physiology in the UK and New Zealand. His research interests include health and physical activity and the physiology of adventure sports, particularly rock climbing.
