Ru - Band Lu
Ru-Band Lu graduated from National Defense Medical center, Taiwan, in 1972. He trained clinical fellowship of psyphamachology in Baylor Medical College, Huston, Texas, USA between 1981 and 1982. He became a professor of Psychiatry at National Defense Medical Center in 1989. Since 1992 to 1993, he was a visiting research scientist in Human Genetics at Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA. He studied genetics and mood disorders in the following years. From 2005 to now, he has served as a distinguished professor at the National Cheng Kung University, Tainan. He got an outstanding award of the Taiwanese Society of Psychiatry in 2007. In this decade, He build up the novel model to treat major mental disorders and he published more than three hundred and fifty research articles in the past.
