Ilya Levin
Ilya Levin received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from the Latvian Academy of Science. During 1985-1990 he was the Head of the Computer Science Department in the Leningrad Institute of New Technologies (Russia). During 1993-1997 he was the Head of the Computer Systems Department of the Center for Technological Education, Holon (Israel). During 2003-2006 he was an Associate Professor of the School of Engineering of the Bar Ilan University. Being presently an Associate Professor of the School of Education of the Tel Aviv University, he is a head of Technology Education program. He is an author of more then 100 papers both in Computer Engineering and in Technology Education fields. Research interests: Technology Education, Design Education, Computer Engineering Education, Ubiquitous Learning, Human Concept Learning.
