Dragan received B.S degree at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences 1995th, 2003. defended masters and 2005. Ph.D. dissertation named: A model of distribution of information to users of the transport system, at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences. Dragan is Head of the Department for Information and Communication Traffic and Head of Chair of Information Communication Systems and Services Management, all at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb where he is currently associate professor. Area of scientific interests and activities is modelling of information and communication systems and their applications in the environment of the transport system, traffic simulation, forensic analysis of information and communication systems and terminal devices (mobile phones), design and development of new communications services and software modules, possible application of ICT as assistive technologies for inclusion of people with disabilities. Dragan is author or co-author more then 100 scientific papers in journals and proceedings of international conferences, and 8 chapters in international scientific books. He participated in the work of several scientific projects and research & development studies (HINT, GIFT, Information and communication services for the movement persons with reduced mobility of the transport network etc.). He is a full member of TM Forum, EAI, IEEE, DAAAM International and SDIWC.
