Ching-Chow Yang

Ching-Chow Yang is the President of Chinese Society for Quality (CSQ), and is a professor of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Chung-Yuan Christian University. He received the Ph.D. degree in Management Science from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan in 1990. Dr. Yang was honored the Individual Award winner of the Taiwan National Quality Awards in 1997, Individual Award winner of the Asia-Pacific Business Excellence Standard Academy in 2006, and the 2018 ANQ Silver I-K Award. Professor Yang had been the president of CSQ from 2010 to 2012. Now he is the Board Member of the Asian Network for Quality (ANQ), the Fellow of the Chinese Society for Quality, the vice-president of the Asia Quality Function Deployment Association, and the Editorial Advisory Board Member of the international journal of Total Quality Management & Business Excellence (SSCI). He has published more than 36 papers in SSCI or SCI international journals related to quality and business management, and more than 34 papers in EI international journals. He also published twelve books (including Lean Production, Hoshin Management, Total Quality Management, Service Quality Management, Strategy Management, etc.) in Taiwan and China. Professor Yang has long experience (more than 35 years) in consulting and teaching, he collaborated with more than 100 companies and organizations and acted as the senior consultant for many famous companies in Taiwan and China.
