José-María Molina-García-Pardo was born in Orihuela, Alicante, Spain, in 1977. He received the Engineer of Telecommunications degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV), Spain, in 2000, and the MSc in “Communication and Signal Processing” in Newcastle upon Tyne (UK) in September 2001. In 2001, he joined the Information Technologies and Communications Department of the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, where he has been an Assistant Teacher. He is taking his PhD in the same institution. His research activities have been centred on propagation studies for Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output systems, measurement campaigns in special environments and ray-tracing in the area of mobile personal communications systems.
