Robert Gillies

Dr. Robert R. Gillies is the director of the Utah Climate Center and an associate professor in the Department of Plants, Soils and Climate, Utah State University, USA. His research area includes land surface process, remote sensing, and climate change. Dr. Gillies obtained Ph.D. in Meteorology and Remote Sensing from the University of Newcastle, U.K. He has worked as research associate in the Department of Meteorology, Pennsylvania State University, and assistant professor in the Department of Plants, Soils and Biometeorology, Utah State University.
