Doctor Ol’ha Oleksandrivna Brovarets’ was born in Nizhyn, Chernihiv region, Ukraine in 1986. She received her master’s degree in Physics in Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2009 and her Ph.D. degree in Biophysics in 2011. Now she is Research Associate at the Department of Molecular and Quantum Biophysics, Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv and at the Department Molecular Biology, Biotechnology and Biophysics, Institute of High Technologies of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The results of her scientific investigation were published in the 24 professional scientific journals with the summary impact-factor 5.557 and also reported at the authoritative international and national scientific conferences, symposiums and conventions (29 abstracts). Her research interests lie in the field of the quantum-chemical nature of spontaneous and induced by the chemical mutagens point mutations (transitions and transversions). Dr. Brovarets’ received awards for her scientific works and achievements: a Gold Medal of the XXIII International Agroindustrial Fair \AGRO-2011\ in the nomination \For achievements in the field of modern biotechnology\ for the scientific and practical development \In silico design of highly efficient mutagens\; Laureate of the Award of the President of Ukraine (2010), Prize of Presidium of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2009), Grant-aided student by the Presidium of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2010), Prize of Holosiivs\'kyi state administration in Kyiv (2009).
