Tirzhá Dantas
Tirzhá Dantas graduated in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil, in 2002. She got a master's degree (2005) and a D.Sc. degree (2009) in Chemical Engineering at the same university. From 2005 to 2006, she did a doctoral internship in the School of Engineering of the University of Porto, Portugal. She lectured in the School of Chemical and Food Engineering of UFSC in 2009 and, in march 2010, she joined the faculty of the School of Chemical Engineering of the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil. She has research experience in treatment and recycling of solid and gaseous wastes and her main expertise is in advanced oxidation processes and gas separation.
