Amir Refahi Oskouei
Amir Refahi Oskouei was born in Oskoo, Iran, in 1980. He received the B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2002. The M.Sc. from K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran , Iran in 2006 and the Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering, from Amirkabir University of Technology (TehranPolytechnic), Tehran, Iran, in 2010. From March2009 to September 2009, he was with the Depertment of Mechanical Engineering, ALMA MATER STUDIORUM - Università di Bologna, Bologna, Italy as a Visiting Student. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Mechanical Engineering Department, East Tehran Azad University, Tehran, Iran. His research interests are in the areas of Non-destructive testing (NDT), Damage mechanism in composite materials, Acoustic Emission (AE) method, SHM (Structural Health Monitoring). Dr. Refahi is now as a active menmber in American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME).
