Florian Dumas
Florian DUMAS was born in Poitiers, France, on May, 1984. In 2008, he succeeded in his Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Automatics, with a specialization in energy and reliability at the University Montpellier 2 (Montpellier, France). In 2007, he obtained the agrégation (high-level competitive examination for teaching) in Electrical Engineering and graduated in 2008 from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan (Cachan, France), a prestigious public institution of higher education and research. Since 2008, he is a Ph.D. Student at the Institute of Electronics of the South (IES), in Montpellier (France). His current research interests include the study, development and control of electromagnetic multi-air gap actuators.
