My expertise covers a broad area of cellular immunology research including apoptosis, cytokine and chemokine network in autoimmune disease. I have been involved in investigation of details interaction mechanism between apoptosis, cytokine and chemokine with oxidative stress, which is considered as an imperative factor involved in the development of antibody flares and various disease activities in autoimmune disease. My area of research is vaccine immunology where, I am developing a practical, safe laser vaccine adjuvant capable of boosting both humoral and cell-mediated immune responses against protein-based vaccines. The technology under development may also reduce the burden on the manufacturer of a new vaccine that is needed in sufficient quantity in a short time in an event of an outbreak of a new viral strain or pandemic. I am also certain that my broad expertise will be helpful to this journal and promoting science.
