We are thrilled to announce that two of our Nanobiomedicine journal Editorial Board Members, Omar A. Ali and Qimin Quan, will be taking the stage at the "Science Shaping Our World - SHOW". The event will take place on October 16th at Merck Research Laboratories, 33 Avenue Louis Pasteur, Boston (MA). The registration fee for all wishing to attend is $15,00. This exceptional event is an ongoing seminar and networking series focused on the latest translational life science research and development. The main purpose of SHOW is to gather a multidisciplinary audience of both academia and industry individuals to learn about the most recent life science advancements and draw further research ideas from the latter.

Omar A. Ali is a Ph.D. student at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. In 2013, he helped translate the first material-based cancer vaccine into clinical testing in melanoma patients in collaboration with Wyss Institute and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Qimin Quan is a junior fellow and principle investigator at Rowland Institute at Harvard University. His recent innovations include the development of CMOS compatible photonic crystal single molecule biosensor, as well as the label-free nano-bioprobe to detect intracellular proteins in single cells.

Furthermore, Nanobiomedicine Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Winston Patrick Kuo, will present the journal to all attendees at the event.
