Breast Cancer Awareness

19 October 2011

Raising women's awareness is a primary need these days as the number of them suffering from this evil illness rises day by day, as well as other forms of cancer.

According to the 2008 World Cancer Report, breast cancer is the most frequent type of cancer women suffer from; a striking 1,384,155  found themselves fighting against the malevolent disease in 2008 (22.9% of all cancer cases in women that year). Almost half a million of them died. Furthermore, when looking at the stats for both sexes, breast cancer still beats any other type of cancer the world population has to come to terms with.

We decided to raise awareness on the issue of breast cancer, and cancer in general, by putting on the spotlight some of the latest research papers published on the subject, as only by researching and testing new cures for cancer we can awake the hope of many who strongly believe in science and a better future for themselves.Read and download for free our publications on cancer research listed below and help us share the knowledge to help many other win the battle for life.
