Scope and Topics of the Journal
The International Journal of Microbiology and Microbial Biotechnology is a forthcoming Open Access journal. The first issue of the journal will focus on Biodiscovery.
The journal also accepts submissions on all aspects of microbiology starting from fundamental levels to advanced aspects in bacteriology, mycology and virology. Manuscripts which address applications of microorganisms in large scale industrial and environmental processes as well as those covering the indicators of global climate changes will be included. Research on other topics, such as production of valuable microbial products via fermentation processes such as production of antibiotics, microbial enzymes, bio-fuels or pharmaceuticals in the context of biodiscovery and biobusiness relating to sustainable global development will also be included.
