- Xiangjun Li (IEEE Mâ€™07) received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Shenyang University of Technology, China, in 2001, and the M.E. and Ph. D. degrees in electrical and electronic engineering from Kitami Institute of Technology (KIT), Japan, in 2004 and 2006, respectively. Since May 2006, he has worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Electric Energy and Lighting Center, Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER), Korea and researched on control systems of micro-grid and fuel cell hybrid vehicle, including PEM fuel cell system control. Since Jan. 2008, he has worked as a postdoctoral researcher in State Key Laboratory of Automotive Safety and Energy, Tsinghua University, China and researched on the control systems of fuel cell hybrid vehicle and micro-grids and the developments of vehicle control unit (VCU) and battery management system (BMS). Since Mar. 2010, he has worked in Electrical Engineering and New Material Department, China Electric Power Research Institute and researched on the Wind/PV/Battery/FC hybrid distributed generation systems and micro-grids. His research interests include intelligent control, application of fuzzy control, power system control, electric energy saving/storage technology, and renewable energy hybrid vehicle and power systems.
